I've never had to replace a motorcycle battery before. Crappy Tire, or do I need to go to a bike shop?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Glen at Flying Squirrel apparently has great prices (and service).

Be careful when buying batteries. I've found a number of bikes with charging system failures have chinese batteries. I replaced my 6 year old original gsxr battery this spring because i don't want problems with it. I had snow city order it from suzuki with the suzuki part number because it was only $85. Your charging system has some very expensive components so don't cheap out or be too worried about a couple of days to order. You'll be better off with a quality battery. Also, be sure to check the connection fron the stator to rectifier/regulator making sure its clean and has some dielectric grease in it to prevent corrosion. If you like, i can do this for you.
