Where to get a puppy?

I know its been mentioned that Costco now does Pet Meds but not all locations seemed to at once. My local (South Service Rd Stoney Creek) does now and honestly the pricing is amazing. Franks Addisons meds were running us about $300 for a months supply at Costco, the price for the same meds through their pet med supplier cut that down to $135. I priced out his Simparica Trio and the savings is about $220 for a 6mos supply ($162.84 for 6pack Brown + $159.57 for a 6pack of Green) even with the script charge from the vet it still saves so much.

When I got Simparica Green from Oz, it was $131/6 months, no prescription required. Vet was $50/mo for the pill or $50 to write the prescription. It's good to know costco is solidly cheaper than the vet.

How is everyone transporting their dogs? I'm being made to feel guilty that I'm just sitting / laying Lucy down on the front seat / footwell and it's too dangerous for her.

I'm not planning on putting her in the bed, and in the Odyssey she just lays on the floor b/w the seats.

What's the brain trust here do?

Until recently.. she stood with her front legs on the center console and back legs on the rear seat. She still tries to so it but now I make her sit or lay on the back seat.

My daughter has custom crates strapped into the rear of her SUV , her thoughts are too many dogs escape in a crash and are left wandering around confused.
My dog sits on the backseat , we have done this for decades . My parents used to let us stand up in the backseat and pretend we were surfers while dad swerved all over the road .
I could probably do better .

Normally between the kids in the back seat. If it's a long drive, clipped into seat belt buckle. He doesn't try to move around much, that's more to help if there was a crash. Occasionally, I'll.put him in the back as it gives everyone more room. He lays down and goes to sleep. In a hard corner, he slides around back there and then the head pops up as he tries to figure out what is going on.

I would also recommend a seat belt type restraint.. the only reason I don’t use one is my dog will tear it to free herself. It only takes her a split second to go thru a 1.5 - 2 inch thick nylon leash.

My daughter's ten pound pup liked to sit on the passenger's lap. That blocked the rear view mirror on that side and just about caused a crash. Now she sits on the passenger's lap but the passenger is in the back seat.

Roof pillar sizes, head rests and streamlining have drastically reduced driver vision.

Ever sit in an early 1960's Chevy bubble top? No B pillars. Skinny A and C pillars. No head rests. No large rear view mirrors. No or very little tint.
