A squid is someone that does not put on riding gear. and Spirited 10 to 40 km/h above speed limit? lolA squid, does stunts at any time. Even when inappropriate.

Spirited riding can mean two things.
I take it as a quick romp through some twisties. At a controlled pace, not even coming close to the edge of your abilities.
As long as you are having fun at the pace and would never fall down,
Spirited means, something like 10-40 kph above the posted limits.
Or, riding like crazy, in a group. Riding like a bat out of hell.
