Change the blue and yellow leads. Then switch the wires at the plugs 2-4 and 1-3. The right hand coil that failed to fired #2 is now firing #4 w/o issue.

In it's original set up the right hand coil was being triggered to fire 1 & 2. Again no issue with #1.
