Hello all, well I finally got my bike plated on mon enjoyed a little riding then same for tue and wed on way home from work it all ended when some guy decided to hit me as i started to go on a green light.:( So much for riding this weekend, now have to wait for insurance to decide if they will fix or right off... So So SAD I am

And yes the guy was charged with reckless driving..........
 
any accident you walk away from is a good accident.. bike will be replace eventually and your dream will get back on track.
 
Glad you're OK... Let's hope the bike will be too and soon :)

Did you see him coming in your rear views? Did he stop at all? Did he see you? Were you stopped at the light first? Were there any cars in front of you? Just curious. The most important thing is that you are ok :)
 
sorry to hear about your incident, but glad that you're ok!
hopefully you'll have another bike soon to enjoy the rest of the summer

What kind of bike? any pictures? Was the weather bad or was the driver just plain distracted?
 
A lot of bad drivers out there. However, it is good to know you didn't get hurt. As much as we love our toys, they can always be replaced. Hopefully you will be back on the road soon. Good luck.
 
I was at a red light stopped, when I did my shoulder checks and notice he was a little to close I moved up abit. I then started to go on green light and thats when he hit me. :(

You need to add an avatar. Hit your settings button and then hit the avatar button on the left side of the screen and upload a pic.

oh man...that sucks!! Glad you are okay though
 
i got hit-and-run last year. as long as you are ok, everything else are doesn't really matter anymore. even if is the driver's got charge, its always the biker get hurt !!!
