I don't think they broadcast that kind of thing to the public. I'm guessing your best bet is to find a police scanner...though those are illegal (I think?)
No there isn't. With a case number or a persons full name and DOB you can find that info if you have access to non public systems. Not many people outside of police have that access.

I own a police scanner and they're 100% legal. How do you think news reporters and tow truck drivers get their info?
Regardless, many arrests never make it to public forum.
