I'm not interested in riding a Gold Wing at all. Nevermind for long periods. I don't think Gold wing would be the greatest for cutting through city traffic or doing some exploring on some dirt roads...

Those bikes are all way overkill for any normal street riding IMO. Even my 650R is slightly overkill so I don't think I need a 1000cc+ engine. I'm looking for something smaller but still capable.

I was responding to a question about which bike would be a better fit for long distance + RTW riding, street riding is very different.
