Saw that the other day.
Rebel News instead of going to the spokesperson, caught up with some of the people who patrol the beach, and were told it happens.
Some poor kids have been building sandcastles, and dug up a surprise, by hand.
There are lots of toilets in the area, including flushies.

It's nothing new.
The only people denying it.. are those that don't want it being talked about because it might look bad on some people and/or bring bad press to their beach town.
