Did they... paint the windshield? On the sidecar?
My guess is that is a piece of black plastic. The inside of the "window" looks the same as the outside.
That makes more sense

looks interesting, if it actually runs like he claims and is all original would be a cool high maintenance project to have
but no way am I paying 5k for a 40 year old bike
He says it runs well. Easily worth $5k for the right collector.
