They say a picture is worth a thousand words. When I met this guy couple intersections ago, I randomly decided not to let this guy be behind me.

Sorry not sure what's the problem. He seems a bit off to the right?

Looks like either ran red light or stopped in the middle of the intersection.

But for OP's sake, OP probably drives a rusty echo based on the subject...

Define......better?

Person drives a 5 series bmw and clearly does not understand he has to stop his vehicle on or before the thick white line. That's a red light and he stopped right in the middle of the intersection. If there were anybody in front him he'd rear end them, guaranteed.

He was probably on the phone or distracted. That's normal in richmond hill.

or anywhere in the GTA for that matter.

Looks like Erin Mills Parkway area...

I witnessed a girl texting sitting in a left turn lane at a red light. When the light turned green, 4 cars passed her on the right to go straight and she sat there so I decided to time her. About 30 seconds went by before she looked up and realized the light was green and proceeded to turn. Goes to show how distracted people get while they're on their phones.

Of course this was in Woodbridge....
