Just wondering if anyone has suggestions on who to call just in case I would need to get the bike towed? I know who to call when the car dies on the road, but for a bike I've no clue at all!

If you have CAA plus it's free.Getting CAA plus is probably the easiest way. Moto Limo and the Toy Hauler are your two other options.
If you have CAA plus you request for Moto Limo to come.

Big thumbs up for Motolimo!!!! I used them twice this season through CAA and would use them again. CAA will come for you but I'm not comfortable with them for motorcycles. A buddy used them before he found Motolimo and I was horrified when he explained how the get you up on the flatbed.
With the rider sitting on the bike, CAA hooked straps to the forks and drag the bike up the flat bed until the back wheel is off the pavement then tip the flatbed up. He was sitting on the bike the whole time! When he got off the bike, he noticed all the fluids on the bed that had leaked from vehicles and was paranoid the whole ride that the bike would slip and slide.
Motolimo all the way!

Hey guys. Thank you for the prompt replies! Unfortunately a few hours after I posted this my bike got hit in the parking lot at work and got damaged. Fortunately I could drive it home but noticed more damage as I rode (sticking throttle and gas gauge non functional!) I'll keep motolimo in mind if I need a tow!

They always had me push it up the ramp a bit before they tilted the bed back up, but the part about the fluids is true. Also, the last CAA driver to ever tow my bike (pending the tow zone is within MotoLimo's zone) ONLY hooked my bike up via the forks, told me no other support was needed at the rear
. Thank god it did not fall off his flat bed.
I got my zx6r towed by regular caa flatbed and never had problems. I don't see how strapping it down to only the forks is not sufficient enough. Every time they would use cloth on any part of the strap that touched the bike.
I never used motolimo but they must be good.
On the other hand I have a Td visa gold with free unlimited tows up to 250kms. I pay an annual fee of $99 plus I get %1 cash back. It's cheaper then caa and it's also unlimited tows for cage or bike in NA.
