My own video, shot from the 410 south onramp, is far too dark. He didn't topple over on the ramp, like they usually do. Seems he was traveling northbound and just went into the grassed median.
Go watch the news. Its been on the news all morning.
Or go take a drive on the 410 southbound, and be part of the "rubbernecker" crew
