The coating in the article appears to make the biggest difference at night. I doubt it would have a noticeable impact on an individual house (feel or bills) but could help reduce the heat island in a city. With a few more generations of development, maybe it could be applied via crop duster and the city coated in it.

FWIW a dark shingle roof gets into scald temperatures in summer. I got second degree burns from working on mine for a day.

FFS what a monster. Only been on a 380 once and yeah it felt big inside but I had NO IDEA!!!
The Concorde was tiny inside but what a rush on take off. :sneaky:
