Rogers down?

Typing from my phone. My Rogers Internet in richmond hill has been down for hours. Anyone else having this issue? (And browsing from your phone like me).

I have tried calling them but after being on hold for over half an hour gave up.
 
I'm down in Mississauga as well

Tech support line is over whelmed. Can't get through so it must be bad
 
Hmmm. Not working for me. I must be doing something wrong. I tried it on three PCs and my iPhone.
 
4G and LTE were fine... 3G was down, was home internet also affected?

Change the DNS directly on the router. All of your devices will connect through there. what brand of router do you have?

On my d-link it was under setup -> Internet -> Manual Setup

google your brand and you'll find instructions. I googled "D-link dns manual settings" and the first link had all the answers. I'm sure if you do the same thing with your brand, you'll be able to find it
