My kid was sensible even at 23...took out the Honda 1000rr and neither he or his buddy ( my staff ) could see any point in it for the street.

The 600rr on the other hand they really enjoyed.

Interesting. I'd rather ride a litre bike sensibly on the street than a 600, less work.

Neither is sensible for the street, at any age.

Might as well buy a Lamborghini for cruising up and down Yonge street. ;)

That is correct...I will never forget the look on the guys face when he brought my 954 back from a test ride. HIS EYES SCREAMED THROUGH HIS VISOR...SOLD!!!
But I would watch the other video too...some guys just don't have that right hand connected to the brain properly ;)
Be prepared for the addiction though...I still can't get that first stomp of the gas in my Uncles Mustang out of my mind from when I was 16. I still stop what I am doing, or roll down the window to listen to a bike wound out OR THE STANG EXHAUST NOTE. My kids do it now too...I AM SO PROUD OF THEM :)...

Oops my bad...thought it was the typical GTAM mock of smaller bike abilities! Hell I still remember the first time I took out a 400hp car....200kph came and went faster than I could remember but was a hoot!

Had a chance to drive a Lambo a few months ago as a gift from family for my bday....awesome fun as well! Grinning from ear to ear just thinking about it!
 
I remember when I took the Daytona for a test ride years ago when I had the CBR250...I was screaming in my helmet like a maniac...pure joy.
When I hopped back on the 250 I wanted to set it on fire...felt like a stupid moped...
