I know someone interested in purchasing a local bike that has never been registered in Ontario and has no ownership. It has been here for 10 years and never put on the road since it is a collectable. It was a rebuild title in Alberta and was told it changes to salvage in Ontario. They want to register and bring the bike back to life and placed on the road. How many hurdles need to be jumped for this?
