The deceased has been identified as a 27-year-old male from Toronto.
As a result of the investigation, A 37 years old, male from Bracebridge, has been charged with the following offences:
Impaired Operation Causing Death
Dangerous Operation Causing Death
Obstruct Peace Officer
Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand Causing Death
Operate a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance
Driving While Under Suspension
Drive Motor Vehicle - No Currently Validated Permit
