Some of you may know I was involved in a motorcycle Crash on Oct 5, 2025 in Calgary. ( I moved to Calgary July 1, 2025) (BTW This was my first real crash since I got back to riding July of 2006 and over 856,347.00 km / 532108. miles of riding since July 2006)
I broke my wrist, sprained both wrists and turned out I lost a job I had started a few days before the crash. As it turned out the company I just started working for got bought out by a large (American?) organization and the new owners not seeing me had one of their people take my job.
A friend told "One Broken Biker" (OBB) about my crash and they reached out to me providing me with emotional support, financial support and connection with law firms that specialized in Motorcycle crashes.
They are a non-profit organization working in Canada to help hurt riders.
I didn't know about them until I moved to Calgary and feel that all Canadian riders should know about them. I hope youe never need tham but nice to know they are there if you need them.
