Btw, the possible forfeiture of the cars is not really a big issue. The courts will decide this. The issue is the
impounding of the cars before being found guilty in a court of law. Most people who argue against impounding
vehicles are not supporting the actions of the drivers/riders, they are however supporting the basic principle
of innocent until proven guilty.

They always say "driving" is a privialage. So when it comes to all this racing BS, take away/suspend their DRIVERS LICENCE not their vehicle.

Now you just have a really expensive track car....because last I checked, you don't need a licence to drive on the track.

Sure speeding is wrong blah blah blah, but there is a big difference between speeding on a highway that was designed for faster speeds then the posted limit. And speeding in a 40 or 50km/h school or residential zone. They always seem to forget the fact that most of the cars they were driving can handle better at speed and stop faster then almost every other car on the road.

The average super car stop from 100km/h in a distance of around 30-35m. Your average car does it around 45m, some suvs are mid 60m's. Just throwing it out there.

This is the future generation of China, and I vote that they all return home. We should just put a bullet through their heads for endangering the Canadian public and send the parents the bill for the bullet. Then incinerate their bodies before the parents could come to collect. This is how they would be treated in China, unless their parents can bribe their way free. I'd say those cars, and most of our bikes are very capable of handling road conditions at double ALL posted speed limits and recommended limits.
That doesn't mean that their drivers are going to be sane about it though.

I know you don't realize this but most non-Asian in Richmond have this attitude and it translate to seeing all Chinese looking people as their hatred even though they may not be Chinese such as myself. Met a few non-Asian from Richmond in Calgary and you would not believe the sheer racist remarks they make. I say who cares how much money they have as long they don't endanger other people's live.

saw another video, one guy driving bmw m5 on autobahn going at 200kph, then driver moved over promptly after seeing a ferrari coming up at 250kph. lol

It's not the autobahn that is different, they have as many lanes as the 401 does besides no speed limit, it's just that European drivers ed is very different from Ontario's.

For one, at the lowest, a drivers license would cost you 300 bucks here and is incredibly easy to pass, with 5 years to complete it. In Germany, a license could you cost you 900 Euros at the very minimum and is very difficult to pass, you're written test alone is taken from a bank of 1800 questions. Practical examination is rigorous if and costly if you fail (you go back to school and pay for another 4 expensive hours of training). Oh and you have exactly 1 year to do all this. Serious, expensive business.

In short, there's a fraction of the population here that doesn't care too much about rules of the road. You get what you pay for.
