New KTM Superduke unveiled.

74ft-lb @ 2500 rpm is insane torque. Whoever buys one of these is going to have a **** eating grin on their face all day.

I wonder if they will offer the white and orange wheels that were on the prototype cause those were awesome.

KTM put out a new video yesterday:

I don't think KTM has a health and safety department lol

Think I will have to go get one of these

Was going to get a ninja 1000 this looks more practical ;)

I wouldn't mind one, but how reliable in the long run will that bike be.
I have over 100,000 on my current 2005 bike. What will happen to that bike with that kind of mileage on it???

I don't exactly get the point of this question/concern. Should we ask the Bike-Gods who can see into the future? Perhaps I am missing something. Is KTM known to be a unreliable brand compared to others? What bike do you currently have, and when you bought it how many kilometers did it have? When you bought the bike did you know how reliable it was, or are you only now (with 100,000kms) looking over the kilometers and years of ownership and saying, "my bike was reliable."

Every KTM owner that I know had a lot of issues with KTM.
Big problems.

Has KTM sorted this bike before sale???

What kind of R&D do they have?

I've got one, no problems. I'm involved in the online KTM community and I don't see anything you don't see with any other manufacturer.

Congrats on your 100,000 km's. :/

Rode my Tuono yesterday and I still don't think I could trade it in. So I guess I will keep her at least another year. The 1290 really ticks my boxes, though...

I've had a lot of bikes including a current gen Superduke R and that was by far the most ridiculously fun thing ever. The 1290 is going to be *bonkers*.
