I'm a new, female rider and I'm looking for a backpack to hold my purse and stuff while I ride. Which is best? Any suggestions? :)

A tank bag might be a better choice. I rode for a few weeks with a small nap sac and found it uncomforable. Your best bet is to go into a shop with a big selection and see what's right for you. Happy shopping:)

...if you need someone to go shopping with pm me... I don't say no to gear shopping. lol

a backpack to hold a purse? what will you do with the backpack? put it in a tank bag?

Oh an other thought... one of those purses with the long shoulder straps works too. My friend puts it on first then her jacket and it sticks out the bottom of her jacket and stays put.

Good idea! Thanks! Oh, and thanks for the shopping offer. I just might take you up on it!

Wasn't there another backpack thread just last week?

Anyways, i recommend the Ogio No Drag if your looking for a backpack and not a purse

Be careful with what you put in a backpack. A guy in my brother's old neighbourhood had some cans of pop in his backpack and he wiped out. Broke his back and became a parapalegic. Needless to say, I use a tankbag.

Stopped by GP bikes today, and they're having a sale on the Axio Fuse. I think it's going for about $89, down from $150. It's a pretty nice looking bag.

Use any backpack and just bungy it on the back of your bike. Easy
