Lock for helmet?

I was thinking a head scarf/wrap, like those pirate riders wear

Those work bit they might be lumpy and that will start to hurt on a long ride. I use cycling helmet liner, it is thin and keeps the helmet liner clean. Just wash it every few rides.

I dislike anything around my neck, for some reason the wind doesn't both it, but also my jackets wrap up just enough.

I have this pretty robust helmet lock that I haven't used in years and just gathering dust. You're welcome to it for free. Just have to pick it up in Whitby.
