I need a duffel bag for a trip .Are there any shops in the gta Close to QEW/427 area that carry them. I don`t really want to go to Guleph to pick up at Royal Distributing . Looking for a bag 30-50L .

Try a Canoe Bag. Totally submersible and way cheaper than any of the bike ones.

Two canoe bags strapped to my KLR in Labrador with Rok straps. A big 45 on the bottom with tent and sleeping bag, and a 30 strapped on top.

My Versys on a four day trip.

Try MEC, Le Baron or Bass Pro.

Do you remember the cost of the bags ? I looked at Sail for the bags but they are expensive there .

Another option, slightly more ghetto but equally functional, is a run of the mill sports/travel duffle with a garbage bag inside for waterproofing.

The canoe bags ran about $1 a litre at MEC.

You will love it! Have a blast on those roads, but watch out for Park rangers and deer!

I picked up the duffel bag and it fits under my seat. The duffel bag is smaller than a coke can.
figured it'd be good to store and carry my gear when i'm off my bike and away from home.
suppose to be water resistant but i haven't tested it yet.
limited stock and i'm told they're not getting more.

I've got 2 different bags for mountain biking. They both came with waterproof covers that attach and drawstring shut over the entire bag. I've been in downpours with both and they work 100%. Local bike shop or even a mec would have them.

Picked up a Givi bag today for $92 .Nice bag just what I was looking for .I`m going to go to sail to pick water proof wallet/phone bag tomorrow .

Zip loc baggies in your jacket pocket. I carry dog poo bags in every jacket I have. Some of them even get used for dog poo.

I bought a water resistant duffle bag at Bass Pro Shop in Vaughn. Not submersible, but I hope good enough for a rain. They should have the submersible kind too.

And the dry bags at Sail are too expensive? :lmao:I got a 50L SealLine at Sail last summer for forty bucks.

I was going to suggest something from MEC. They often have some good waterproof bags on clearance. But it sounds like they'll still be too expensive for you.

I'd just use a garbage bag inside another bag if the better options were out of my price range.
