So my bloodwork came back with nothing untoward. I had my eyes examined and there's no sign of anything abnormal. However the prescription in my left eye has changed from a -1.75 to a -0.75. SO basically I failed the eye test at the Ministry 2 weeks ago and would pass without any issue now.

Is it possible for failing eyesight to change iteslf?

Eyesight doesn't deteriorate that quickly, and doesn't really repair itself in most cases. If it ever does, wearing glasses wouldn't correct your lens-retina relationship. Maybe you have some form of lazy eye or something, and wearing glasses caused you to wake up and focus a little more in every day life.
I recommend you consult an optometrist for more gooder answers, though.
