inline or v twin?

Ducati's trellis frame was designed not to flex. Their Panigale not so much

Sent from my tablet using my paws

It's an engineering impossibility to have it not flex. Even if it's a solid block it will still have minute flexion. They designed it to be as stiff as possible.

I want to meet out by the dumptster to prove that I can piss the farthest.

V4.

Very few bikes have a V4 so not many people have ridden one but they are awesome.

They make power all through the rev range and are truly the best of both worlds.

They sound amazing too.

That's right! I'd love to see a modern remake of Magna V65 / V45 - there's nothing exciting to test ride in the V4 department. Voting for a twin until a nice V4 is reborn :)

Uhhhhh.... RSV4? Tuono V4?

Question, if there are two SUperbike engines, same bore & stroke, same head design as much as possible etc. only difference is one is an I4 and the other is a V4. Are you saying the V4 makes power all through the rev range but the I4 does not?

ive had a few 4bangers... now i got a v-twin.. ill never trade for another 4banger.. v-twin for the win

As far as I know. The RC51 was built as a race platform for professional teams.
The 51 could be bought right off the floor with a $10,000 upgrade list to make it very competitive for racing.
Therefor, the frame had to be built very strong. Much stronger than needed for the bike in stock form.
And hence the frame feeling very very stiff.
All the motorcycles I have ridden (And I've ridden a lot of bikes), the RC51 had the stiffest frame of the lot.

Isnt the rc51 stiffely sprung suspension wise? How would a rider detect frame flex over a softer suspension?

Im sorry, did I hurt your feelings?
Next time I wont ask you to qualify your statements, since its too taxing for you.
Lol

Didn't know I had to qualify a statement about how a frame "FEELS" to me.
I am sorry master.
What else can I do for you?

It was just a simple question......how does one tell the difference between frame flex and a soft suspension.
Your response tells me all I need to know about what you "feel"
