You can accidentally speed (for instance going down a hill). There is no way to accidentally drink and then drive.

Can accidentally speed (missed posted signage). I've had that happen in an area ive never traveled in before; told the cop the truck to my right was blocking the speed sign change and I missed it. Nice guy, got off.
