Put about 5,000kms on my R6 this season so far. Been a bit tricky since I work 11 hours/day and am also in school.

Still managed time to go to parry sound, kingston, forks, and multiple rides just for the sake of it.

Only bad news is a speeding ticket.

mine has been good, bought a used bike and have been riding as much as possible,no tickets, only a few close calls with cagers lol.

Mine has just begun! ahaha, pretty stoked to finally get on two wheels

I put around 15k on it so far (although my season started november last year when I got the bike. Rode it through winter) want to pump out another 2k before putting it away hopefully. It's hard to ride when you don't have any job, or cash for gas+oil+break pads+other important things.

Just started. I take it to work and just got back from a nice 3 hour ride downtown, I'm also in school, find any excuse to ride. That's my season so far..

Exact opposite here. Bought an old bike for cheap, and I am working way too much on it. Oil changes every 2000km. Doesn't everyone love their first vehicle? <3

WAS???? My season still has 2 months left.

No job? buy a cbr125, parts are cheap, gas and oil is a non issue at these prices. Thumbs up to Honda for bringing in this bike. Pity Honda Canada refuses to bring the cbr150 to Canada. The fuel economy would be phenomenal and i would be able to hold a speed of 120 kph all day long. Perhaps honda will wake up one day and realize there are alot of people who would have bought this bike if brought to Canada. Sadly for Honda, I will be buying the ninja 300. I can't pass up 39 hp and only 100 lbs more than my cbr125.

Didn't say I stopped riding. Going until the snow stays (3+days in a row)

I have a GS500F which is actually pretty good on gas. Not as good as a CBR125 or Ninjet two-fitty, but still decent enough. The main problem I have is I geared my bike a little too low. It's beautiful around town/tight twisties, but so bad on the highway. Once I even it out some, I should get back more mileage on highway.

Also, even if I did have a cbr125 you can't buy gas when your wallet is literally empty. But, this is my last month for insurance and then I don't have to start paying again until March, so that'll net me an extra few hundred a month!

That was directed towards the op. Was should be is.

First season,
Did 7000km so far on my 250R, will try to do 10, 000km before season is over.

I'm so addicted to riding and improving, it's my life right now.

No drops or close calls .. *knocks on wood*

So far, so good. I did a 2,700 km tour south in May, finding some amazing roads. Since then, mainly commuting any non-rainy day to work. Projects on the go have cut down the weekend riding, but those same projects will enable me to stretch the season, so it is all good.

Got the bike first week of June. So far I've put in 5k. I haven't been riding lately though but I'll prob end up putting at least 3 more k's before I start winterizing it.

I've absolutely SMOKED it by two cops this season, including one today, and neither of them bothered turning around. So this season I'd say, has been great!

Its been a real year of the dragon, one more trip in October and I've been there, winter , spring , summer and fall.
