With a bill of sale you have no real way of proving you didn't go over the border, buy the bike, and come back. It's been tried before and it is a huge hassle.I got a Turn 2 bike as well, now you got me thinking what are you going to do with the ownership if you get it, what is the benefit to having the ownership aside from taking it across the border? Is not a bill of sale sufficent?
Turn 2 is no longer in business so what would my options be?
Assuming your bike was also never registered(check it with MTO), your options would be the same as already mentioned.
Even for a track only bike, it is nice to have legal documents stating that you own the bike.
