I rented an Airbnb about 35 mins away. Was 1/3 the price for anything near the track. I can probably find the details if you're interestedAny recommended places to stay / avoid? I'm probably taking the bike up, so am looking for someplace bike safe. Thanks for your help.

+1 for camping at the track. Free wake up call. "Will all racers report to.......There's a really fun option which is to rent an RV on something like RVezy. Some do drop off, and Grand Bend has washrooms and showers on site so you don't need to pay gray water disposal. No electrical hookup but you can rent a generator. Hang out with the other on-site campers, campfire and a beer. If you are a solo, yeah, gonna be hit or miss.

Just an example. Just coordinate with Racer5 and delivery on where to put the RV.
It sounds like a good option.I know it's late but this might be helpful for people in the next rounds. I booked a place called Ranch House Inn in exeter (20 min away from the track) and the pricing was quite reasonable. I am going tomorrow so will update if it's a nightmare but the pictures look good and the prices were very reasonable. During shoulder season (May 2026) I got 3 nights booked on expedia for $350 all in. I wanted to arrive the night before the course so I had adequate time to sleep / freshen up as I'm coming 2.5 hours from Toronto.
