With gas prices the way they are now, EV is looking quite attractive.

Maybe not for the fun toys, but for a commuter? Fork ya, why not?

Usually costs me $15 to fill the bike....now it's $21...oh, the humanity

It's not that simple. Compare the sizes of the countries going EV to USA and Canada.

I know rednecks in the USA whose drive to work would be considered foreign travel in Europe.

Geographically we can't compare North America to Liechtenstein.

Culturally, we can't compare Canada to Europe. We are not as socially committed at all levels. Nanny state-ism has bred too many garbage dump bears here.
