I've seen some stupid stuff but NEVER something this bad or what you described. If I ever hit a car while on a hwy ramp because the car is reversing or facing the wrong way and live, I'll jump off my bike and flip their car!....somehow.
 
Minivan, shocking. When you make a bad turn, correct it at all cost, risk peoples lives to not have to make a loop further down the highway.

Seen similar situations like this before but it usually had people reversing out. People do pretty risky things on the highway to save 5 mins.
 
WTH, from the sequence it looks like he's backing up the onramp to get ONTO the highway!?!
