Garmin Basecamp Question

Does anyone know how to delete a waypoint from the GPS device's Internal Storage? Pressing the Delete key doesn't work and when I right click on it with the mouse, there is no delete option. :help:

How about doing it on the device.
On my Garmin it is under tools, my data, delete favorites.

You should be able to open your map program. Bring up your list of Waypoints. Click on the one you want to delete. Go the to menu bar at the top click on edit. From the drop down list of options you will see delete waypoint. Then save the changes to your map program , connect your gps to your computer and transfer the update to your gps.

I transfer all the way points to the software, delete everything on the gps, edit the ones in the software, then copy the results back to the gps.

Thanks guys. I didn't find a way to delete them in the software. I had to go to my GPS device and delete them:

Tools > My Data > Delete Favorite(s)

There's an option to Select All, or one at a time.

It's a glaring omission to not be able to do it in the software if you ask me.

I have the maps loaded on my MacBook Pro and only connect my Zumo 660 when I want to transfer a route. I have never tried managing what is on my Zumo with Basecamp, always do it manually.
