Hey everyone,
Well it's that time of year again. Let's decorate this place by making our sig pics Halloween themed. Let's see your creativity! Be as spooky as you want, just make sure it's family friendly. No Nudity, gore, etc. Feel free to share the story behind your pic (eg. if it was your costume last year, etc.) PLEASE PUT A LINK TO THIS THREAD IN YOUR SIGNATURE to get as many people involved. As you add them to the thread, I will put them in the first post. Here's mine: ![]() ______________________________ bgfa ![]() I started about 20 years ago when my little brother was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan and I did Michaelangelo. OMG the kids went berserk! Knew I was onto something. In those days, people just did the old triangle eyes thing. I kind of came up with a way that I never actually go through but vary the depths. This one is the Mars Rover over the Red Planet with the Sun peeking over the horizon with turbulent cloud cover. Looks pretty good with the lighting, hard to see in the pic. Very 3D effect. I love Halloween much more than Christmas, kids are so into it. A little story: A boy who was about 12 years old stops me last year and says "you have the coolest pumpkins" So I say "thanks" He goes on and says "Yeah, last year you did Captain Underpants, and before that Little Mermaid, and before that Yoshi, and Squirtle, and..." he continues to recall ones I didn't even remember! The kids really do appreciate them. ______________________________ mikcbr ______________________________ Amazon ![]() It took me 11 hours to carve last year. My brother and I always do at least 3 intense pumpkins each, every year. This year I'm doing a zebra riding a Honda CBR ______________________________ Yorkee ![]() ______________________________ Freestyle72 ![]() ______________________________ Nyx13 ![]() ______________________________ jennaboo On display at work ![]()
