Female rider looking for rider/officer Matt who helped me on hwy 410 on thanksgiving

For the record to those confused about the Uniform. I work for the Brampton Fire Dept. The flashes/patches say BRAMPTON FIRE on top and emergency services on the bottom but I get mistaken for a Police officer all the time as it's the same color (Navy/Dark blue) as the PRP uniforms. I'm not an officer.

Was just driving home from work and saw a stranded rider on the other side of the Highway with their helmet on the ground. I exited, got on southbound and parked behind her bike for protection till we could get it all sorted.

Glad it all worked out. :)

I was suggested by my rider friend to put this tittle :) Thankfully it did get attention.

Just to clarify, I am no hot girl with million of dollars.
I put myself in his position that I was nice to help a girl, she asked for my number and she NEVER calls back! That really sucks and I don't think I would do that to a nice guy like him.

Turns out Matt and I work together .. he works different division than me, as im in suppression. Small world.

All joking aside it's really refreshing to see someone like eevveess make the effort to get in touch with me to express her gratitude for my help.

These days you can help people in many different ways, from the small things to the big things, regardless...you sometimes won't even get a smile in return, let alone a thank you.

More people need to take a page from her book.
 
Feel good thread of the year? Hopefully in a couple of years we won't hear about flashing an R6 and herp-a-derp.

Dayum... i helped a guy rider on the QEW... he was walking his bike cause he needed a bump start... he had a good 1-2 km to walk before getting a hill... but he didn't put out for me :(
