Much food for thought. I think my bike will be staying parked for the time being.
Has anyone seen recent stats? The ones I saw before showed that once you were intubated with covid, the odds were pretty low (close to zero) that you would recover. This level of triage alone may spike the death rate but solve the ICU crowding issue by quickly clearing out covid cases.

It's pretty brutal as a doc. Unless things have drastically changed, I expect the implementation will be if you have covid and need a ventilator, you've had a good run. Deciding whether someone has 65 or 75% chance is hard. If you have a large group at <10%, your conscience is better able to deal with the fallout.

Hahaha. Well, that should convince people no to cross unless they really need to. By the time they get in, it will be time to go home again.
Well...at least they aren’t screwing around. By tomorrow things should be calmer and ask Atlantic Canada about travel blockades. It’s worked very well for them.
