Only issue is ears never stop growing so the custom plugs fit great the first year. Then they start to not work as well.I got a set of silicone ones at a bike show.. http://nulifehearing.com/news/3-blog-articles-1.html

Where do you buy these? Do you order from the site? Thanks.I've use all types of ear plugs but for comfort you will not find anything better than the Max Lite plugs.

now here's my question...i agree that ear plugs are a must, especially after reading some of the information i've found on various websites about the damage that wind noise can cause...how do they feel?...specifically, do they block out so much noise that you can't hear what's going on around you?...i'm scared that it will be like i've lost one of my senses if i wear them while riding...
My favourite by far of all the various disposables that I've used are these http://earplugstore.stores.yahoo.net/peneskscean3.html

My sister used to be in ergonomics and used these in a lot of factories, they're reusable and washable. Best part is how easy they go in your ear, just shove them in... No rolling, trying to thread down the canal like true foamies.
