DOJ settles up

Curious what the settlement is...'hey, so if you don't drop this suit, y'all COULD end up going to Guantanamo for a few years...not a threat....but it would be a real shame if that happened to such a nice family after all you've been through'.

OR

'Here's 500k - 1M - 5M to shut the eff up'
 
They'll probably give her a lot more than she deserves.. for no other reason than Trump wanting to try and turn the incident into something other than what to really was... a violent protest.
No chance the gov would settle that if Trump wasn't president.
He sends the feds after protestors involved in protests that saw zero violence... at the same time.. pardons a bunch of protestors that trashed a US government building, injured officers, etc... (FYI at least two of them have been shot dead by cops since being released)

Did she tell one of them in advance what she was planning on doing? Did they provide her with any weapons/equipment? There could be a path there. That path would necessitate Jan 6 being an illegal action though. As trump said it was a party, helping plan the party can't get you charged.

Same way that logic has no space in the current US administration.

Plenty of reports of non criminals being sent to El Salvador or other prisons. Innocent or not…be wary.
