Daily sports car?

Glad you like the car, it was a life goal and I've had some great times with her. I do drive it whenever I feel, even to get groceries. Life's short, enjoy it while you can. Not gonna lie @Shaman, I'm not a fan of white cars in any way shape or form...but that thing is sexy as f$@k.

Maybe one day. Maybe.

EDIT: I think my attainable Porsche would be a Porsche Boxster or Cayman S used.

Not the same as your beast...but it'll do me just fine. Now just gotta pay down the mortgage so I can afford it lol

Find a small dealer if you want to order one...Toyota just gave us our targets for 2023 and we are getting 4....out of 12 already ordered for the year.
 
@Shaman , that’s a very pretty car .

Wife drives a small BMW , she’s has it 5 yrs , zero issues but she doesn’t drive hard or far . It’s sporty but by todays measure of a sports car , not so much . Probably only 250hp ish , but my MGB which was considered a sports car was about 28 hp so ….

The weight of a car means more to me than the HP. It's about ratio. Think a Mustang GT is like 3800lbs. It must be cheaper to use a big displacement engine in a steel bodied, Iron suspension car, compared to using an aluminum body and aluminum suspension.
Full discloser, I say that as a Boxster owner. 2900lbs.

Car looks ok. I would want it a little nicer underneath for 170K (shocks looks like they have been around for a while, airbags in springs seems a little half-assed, etc). Better brakes were a good plan. I highly dislike the stupid wheels. If you are going to ruin the look of a classic car, at least pick one that wasn't so awesome to begin with (a plain GN instead of a GNX). At least stupid wheels are easy to rectify.
