Same thing happened, numerous times I might add, when the HOV lanes were first opened.














I guess these games help the LEO's stay awake on the highway, too.

One of my colleagues would use a teddy bear with a hat in the back seat to drive on the original HOV lanes....never got caught as far as I knew, but that was many years ago. Probably got pinched at least once in that years.
