Quite a few news pundits suggesting the Cuba thing is Rubio's idea as he’s had a hard on for Cuba for a very long time.

Then there’s the weird hypocrisy of MAGA sycophants baying about “communist Cuba” while ignoring the fact that Trump is giving Putin whatever Putin wants.

Hilarious how many of them protect the First Amendment…but are too chicken to protect it when the downfall of their nation is being speed run by corrupt politicians.

I don’t drink koolaid.

Drinking the stuff is for blind followers, those who do or support blindly, without questions, skepticism and critical thinking.

You want your kids and your dog to drink your koolaid, but adults should’nt confuse loyalty with thinking.

Blind allegiance isn’t a virtue—it’s a shortcut.
 
Unless your a Cuban over seventy years years old , you didn’t know any other system besides communism . What the US is currently doing is like what happened to Gaza , except no Cubans took hostages or killed anybody . Globally nobody gives a F about Cuba so they are easy targets . Haiti is the mast dangerous and corrupt place in the Caribbean and could use not a regime change but a government of some kind . The US peace makers show no interest .

Cuba knows no other form of government, transitioning to a democratic government won’t be easy and certainly will not be fast.

In a perfect world it would transition quickly like Poland or east Germany, in reality it will likely be more like a Central American banana republic where the commie elites keep control with corruption and violence.
