It was insanely busy from around 5-7:30. Cars parking all over the area. Open bar and comped food truck. Apex seems to be doing just fine.

I really find their service has gone to crap I can't get them to answer emails or texts over warranty claims just not very good anymore.

The work itself has been absolutely fine for me, never an issue. Yes it is hard to get them on the phone and my appointment was nearly three weeks out in September. Way she goes when they are busy though. No complaints about the actual workmanship, always been top tier.

Fair enough I have been trying to get them to replace a defective caliper under recall since the Summer. They just don't respond or call back despite saying they will just check and see if the part is in stock and call back.

Durham HD is 5 minutes away from there, literally down the street, there was no chance of GP getting Harley in that proximity.

They didn't go out of business so there was no opportunity for that. Mackie sold the HD dealer which was renamed Durham HD. They also sold off Mackie Moving around the same time.
