I really find their service has gone to crap I can't get them to answer emails or texts over warranty claims just not very good anymore.

Fair enough I have been trying to get them to replace a defective caliper under recall since the Summer. They just don't respond or call back despite saying they will just check and see if the part is in stock and call back.The work itself has been absolutely fine for me, never an issue. Yes it is hard to get them on the phone and my appointment was nearly three weeks out in September. Way she goes when they are busy though. No complaints about the actual workmanship, always been top tier.
