Twice this week a Chickadee has gotten into my garage and been unable to find it's way out. Frustrating for him, messy for me.received_823496699407167.jpeg

I was half expecting another thread about mini-skirt weather in Toronto. What happened to that guy anyway?

As for birds in the garage, what a pain in the ass. They try to fly up and out but that is a dead end. I normally catch them in a pool net and put them out.

Might put an owl in there.

I heard birds in my attic a couple of years ago.
Went up and yes. 2 black crows flying around.

Went down to get my big fishing net. When I got back up , lucky for them they were gone.
Lucky for me, I found their entry way quickly and secured it.

There was just enough space for them under the overlapping shingles near the gutter and a void in the roof framing.
