Anyone know a decent mechanic in the Newmarket area

who could finish fixing my 1983 XR200? I really do want local. I want someone who has experience with old POS like my bike and isn't too ashamed to do it.

I have a guy in Keswick who does this stuff out his garage in the evening but his timescale is a bit vague for finishing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sign says Cobra or something like that.
He fixed up my '78 kz back in '04, and she's been running great ever since.
He's a little hard to get a hold of sometimes, and works odd hours.
 
What needs to be done to it?

Old bikes can sometimes be a hassel, parts are hard to find, when you go to fix one issue, often find other underlying issues etc.

Thats cuz the guy is always drunk! I'd never let that guy near my bike
