In terms of innocent until proven guilty, that's the fundamental premise for our "free" society and it's criminal justice system. Are you condoning thought police?

Yep.
I haven't counted exactly but it seems that our summer of the "motorcycle" has killed more innocent people than the gun deaths this year.
JC's from the UK.. Over there they have a dim view of individual freedoms and haven't even heard of the term "responsible adult"
On average about 200 people die on 2 wheels, while 75-90 people get killed with guns every year in Canada (combination of suicides and homicides).

Say it ain't so! How is a motorcycle who's sole purpose is to transport it's rider killing at least twice as many people than "weapons" whose "sole purpose is to kill"??
Not once in this friendly banter has any of our "anti's" espoused "proactive" "control" of motorcycle ownership. But I guess that's it's a little inconvenient to have the "their" rights infringed upon.
