Anger management in China

They're never happy unless they get their way, a lot of them like to take advantage of others *cough* girls and money *cough*, and many of them have no respect for other people's belongings.

Edit: Hey! It just so happens that 2 of those points were demonstrated in that video!

Then again, there are some nice, friendly, respectful people from China, but I find that there are less good than bad.

That is a human trait moreso than just chinese. People generally are more bad than good. Just want money and no respect for anyone else or their belongings. They just have a sense of entitlement and occasionally do something decent to make themselves feel good rather than doing it on a daily basis.

So would you say people in Walmart are equally as polite as people in T&T or some other Asian supermaket (especially other smaller asian supermarkets)?

When "they" want to get by, they tend to push and shove vs saying excuse me or asking you to move. When they know you're trying to squeeze through in order to pass them in an overly extended line at the cashier, they usually move closer to the person in front of them (I guess in fear that you might just decide to stand right in front of them and cut the line..?) This sounds awfully familiar to driving habits especially in asian areas.

Is this really true or just the rantings of a paranoid lunatic? Perception is reality. Please advise.
There are 2 school of thoughts on this those who belive ppl are inherently good & those bad. You can't go bad with either. It's a matter of your experiences that defines what you believe in

That's a very poor judgement. You have a hate on one group of people without looking at a whole picture.
Most people who were raised in "developing countries" would not have as much manners as a North American group. That is not limited to one particular group. Would you hate all Nigerians because most scammers are Nigerian?

Plus they have true capitalism. Business friendly. That's why anything and everything can be designed and produced there. If you don't think so, then why can't cheap products be built here?

Mercedes-Benz are now producing they're cars in China.

Its really not that bad as you think it is. There is more freedom of speech & ideas. Have you ever visited the place?

30-40yrs ago it was different. Most of the industries & corporations was owned by the state. Now it's more open than they cared for. People practice whatever religion they want & have internet access. Most dictatorship doesn't allow that.

Last time I heard, bmw was putting a plant there

You may think I have poor judgement, but I am commenting based on real life experiences with my age group and the 35+ age group (as those are the people I am usually associated with).

Like it or not, that is how I see things and I did not say I hate everyone from China, just most of them based on their personality and like I mentioned, experiences.

I don't ever judge by saying "hey, you're from China, you're an *******", I base my opinion after the fact they do something along the lines I mentioned above. I treat everyone the same until something happens which changes my opinion. I just expect this kind of behavior from people that come from China.

Treat me with respect, and I will treat you with respect. Treat me like crap, then I'll treat you like crap or simply ignore you. Simple as that. I just find that most people from China treat others like crap.

Bottom line is: I may have just come across the bad apples thus resulted in horrible experiences and I may be wrong stereotyping them, but this is just my opinion at this time and I think is pretty inappropriate to be discussing it over a public forum. Sorry if I offended anyone.
