Question from someone who wasn't raised here, and wants to avoid as many issues as possible. How enforceable are the trespassing signs in these kinds of places? I saw the signs and decided to park across the street to avoid "breaking" any law.

There are certain things you can do to minimize getting in trouble while getting photo tags:

1. If you park the motorcycle in gear and not neutral, you can start the bike and run from the cops faster than having to pull in the clutch and engage first gear. Milliseconds count!

2. A tinted visor is useful for making positive identification more difficult.

3. Flip up license plate. Nothing further to explain...

The tag boundaries include Georgina Island.

Keep in mind the spirit of the game is to keep the tag moving. Waiting for a ferry there and back might keep the tag stranded.

I do not think a 50 dollar ferry ride to get a tag is in the spirit of the game.

I'm not sure it's that much, but could be for cars, vehicles. I did a crossing for a hike and it was like $10, but we just walked on.
Yeah the community doesn't want too much traffic over there, as the island isn't that big, and I get it to a point they want to preserve the space and not have it overcrowded with visitors.

No bike needed, just a mirror or windshield!
