    What could it be?

    C.H.U.D.! It's a C.H.U.D. isn't it? This is so exciting!

    Jokes

I work in a warehouse as a cashier and if someone's spending like a grand or so as I hand them back their receipt I awkwardly say, "Oh, I forgot to ask you for an eighteen to twenty-five percent tip," and then we all lol.

Man scammed by a fake certified cheque, lost polaris slingshot

It just escalated to that point. There could be lots of reasons why. For instance: the bank refuses to pay the windfall so the "victim," takes it to the news to shame the bank into paying. Remember the police don't know who wrote the fake cheque, only the guy cashing it and going to the press...

Man scammed by a fake certified cheque, lost polaris slingshot

Only a fool would take such an obviously fraudulent cheque from someone. The fraud here isn't the unpaid vehicle if it ever existed-it is two guys trying to get the bank to pay for a vehicle they sold months ago who are planning on splitting the windfall they scam from the bank between them...

Last Youtube Video of MaxWrist at Deals Gap

Does anyone know what happened to this guy? Surely the police got involved, I mean he shows his face after willfully endangering the lives of many people. He was simply murderous so was he found, charged, and jailed? Anyone knows what happened?

    Coronation Day, Anyone care?

He is our king. It is an honour to have watched it on TV and celebrated it because I will have been a part of it. We drank Canadian and English alcohol.

    Toronto Election-The War on Cars/Bikes

I just groked it. Bike lanes + cars = no emergency vehicles. Solution is no cars. This is all being sold to us now as Vision Zero but that is the plan. You can't have single-lane traffic and emergency vehicles.

    Toronto Election-The War on Cars/Bikes

Is there anyone fighting this? Things are now at the point where with cameras, cops, speed limits, and scooters it is literally dangerous to drive in the city. I only go there now with good reason. Tory did it. Penalosa will double it (Dufferin for busses only!?) Did I miss the one sane...

    Speedtrap on QEW Parklawn offramp

Hi all, I went through a speed trap on the Parklawn offramp. The cop didn't pull me over but I can't see where he could have if he wanted to, there isn't really anywhere he could. How do these things work? Does he photograph the plate as you approach and mail the ticket to you or do they...

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

Your closing sentence is my best argument I think.

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

Yes, I do know how to correctly change gears on a bike (and in my standard car), but yours is a reasonable question. After reading this thread I really can't say why the clutch burnt-out so fast. I think my best argument is to go for repairs at cost by saying it was an unidentified problem that...

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

OP here. Not a troll. Probably have met a number of you at Newmarket and L&L. Will post more in a bit.

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

I have the receipts. What I would like to ask for is how do I argue this?

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

When there was too much free-play I took it to them. $30/visit usually.

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

It was exactly the apprentice's style adjustments that they used to keep tightening up the cable at each of the four visits.

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

    True.

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

Slipping into too much play was the issue. At the end yes, a lag.

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

Symptoms: Gear shifting always slid into being too loose. Gear-shift handle had way too much play and always slipped into way too much more play. They tightened the nut up on the engine so it was 1/2 way off the thread at the final visit. Their argument is that the bike at highway speeds of...

    Clutch Failed Right After Warranty

Hi All, 2021 Honda Rebel 300. 13000km. Four clutch adjustments under the warranty period. Each time they adjusted it but did not open it up. Right after the warranty period it failed-burnt out completely. $1500 to fix. Honda says that the clutch is an expendable item and so is not covered by...
