    Brilliance of honda

I'd have to absolutely agree that their pricing falls way flat. For example, my shadow was $500 more than the comparable HD Street 750. Currently the rebel 1100 is $500 more than an Iron 1200. Gold wing starts $800 more than a Road/Street Glide. Which is funny because people complain about...

    Brilliance of honda

I've only been on a couple of Hondas. Neither comfortable. Although they were lookers. Fury and Shadow. I'm sure the Goldwing is comfy af, but entirely too much plastic, and they styling doesn't age well.

Law Enforcement - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.....

Yes. Considering they're totally cool with the 'death to the jews' marches happening right now, yes.

How about hearing that on the radio, while you're staring at the Ohio or New York plate in front of you on the QEW?

iPhone user? The new AirTag could be an effective motorcycle theft recovery tool.

Lojack isn't found because its bulky and wired in. It's the signal that gives it away to any thief serious enough about their trade to buy a scanner.

To me "unprecedented" is like a burn. Like saying "we've been through worse **** than this, but you bitches are eating this up", that kind of unprecedented.

You know thieves find and remove lojack? This probably will go down the same hole

    New Yamaha R-7

If Insurance companies see it as a faired MT-07, then what is the complaint? Who among us will ever get to take a bike north of 200mph?

    Yuasa battery

Not right now. Entire auto isle is blocked off, they haven't heard that it's essential. I just ordered a battery from batteryclerk.ca, best price I could find in Canada. It was I think 49 plus tax and shipping, came to $70(nobody else sells a 14S battery for under 100), but for you guys it...

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

The model is pretty accurate. Especially the loss of negotiation. It kind of goes along with what I call the "Toronto buyer" real estate model. It goes like this, House in Hamilton ghetto lists at $550k, which is probably already about 300k more than the crack infested neighbourhood should...

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

Another issue I'm taking with companies like rivian, but especially Tesla, really it was tesla's customer base that allowed this to become a thing, but it's this new sales model. It used to go like this, and for 99% of manufacturers, it still does. You see pictures of a car, you like it, so...

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

Did I miss the release of the production vehicle then??? Where is the nearest dealer? Oh right you buy it on the internet, so does a man from the internet come and service it for you when it breaks? They neve gave Tucker this much time before hauling his ass into court, and he actually had...

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?

Rivian had my interest. Like 2 years ago, but so far they appear to be an instagram car company. I don't want to see pictures of where you took your one prototype. Or maybe it's a ponzi car company like Tesla. No, I'd rather go with the one that's more interested in delivering vehicles to...

    No more junkers

I've seen about a dozen so far in the wild. I've seen them in every color. On topic though, if people are interested in $5-10k used bikes, there's another thread for that.

Must be before your time, Toyota once upon a time, had a throttle sticking issue. People died. They didn't figure out to turn the car off.

    Interesting Read

Can I remind everyone here, that we are living in a world where many cars have automatic headlights, and drivers now get in there and flip on the high beams because they think the little blue light tells them when the lights are on. People used to automatic headlights, drive down the QEW at...

    Elephant in the Covid room

The speed with which it was developed s of little concern. That is typical, and like you send with endless money etc, it was no doubt going to develop fast. The concern is the batteries of testing, which had to be bypassed in order to get out quickly.
