Hi.
I find myself in need of someone to look at my bike, well actually to listen to it first then perhaps look at it. It is making a sound that is out of the scope of my limited abilities to assess. Finding someone who knows what they are doing, is good at what they do and most importantly is...
No that is what happens when non-gear people start crying about someone who states that gear DOES increase safety. I'm tired of all the babies on here always having the need to run their mouth at the mere mention of wearing 'proper' gear when riding. The poster clearly stated he did not care...
We all have to make difficult decisions at times. Best of luck and maybe one day you will get back into the scene. I believe that we are all infected with the love of riding and even if we are forced out that love never goes away.
Cheers!
+1 I agree completely that the OP has to sit and ride them before deciding. Some many tangibles involved from your physical size to what you plan to use the bike for.
hahahaa I'm betting that makes you popular. Like the idea though I may have to borrow it for a test run.
The only riders that don't wave back are almost always on a HD. Must be their unwritten code about not waving back unless you also ride a HD. :(
Of course I am. I'm the voice of reason. You also requested a photo and so I provided. I agree 100% though that it won't be parked on the sidewalk.
You have to admit the pic was good. lol
Then WHY are you in here posting??
It's comical how after stating 2 pages ago that there was nothing worth "diligently" reading, that you are still here reading and responding. Seems it is you who is running off with the holier than though attitude now.
Carry on!
Glad you were able to anticipate his actions and stay out of trouble. It is awesome he offered an apology. Police officer or not it's good to see people take responsibility for their actions. Goes a long way in my books.
I had a conversation with a local police officer about 2 days ago who...
It is great seeing people who actually have the character to help out someone stranded.
I had the battery connector issue happen one time when I was very new to riding. Had no idea what was wrong. Managed to figure it out at home and well let's just say I've not had the problem since. :)
I was given that exact same advice. Won't ever forget a friend told me when you ride it is you against the world.
Coincidentally as I was out and about the city today I was almost run down by a van today who decided to change from her left lane to the right lane. The problem was I was in the...
I found my first bike through kijiji and my second bike through autotrader. Both are great but I find half of the bikes on autotrader are from dealerships. Not that buying a used bike from a dealership is bad as that is where I found my second bike. Dealerships though tend to have higher pricing...
Not available this weekend but if there is a round 2 that would be great as long as you don't mind an old man along. haha
Is this exclusive to just 250 riders?
You will have lots of opportunity before the testing to practice with your instructors on your 2 days of riding training. If you are unsure of something or don't understand be absolutely sure to ask. Don't shy away from asking anything because you think you will be centered out. They are their...
